Lamb asks Secretary of State for support for RAF Neatishead Radar Museum7.37.07pm BST (GMT +0100) Mon 11th Jul 2005 Norman Lamb has asked the Secretary of State for Defence for an update over the future of the Radar Museum at RAF Neatishead. "This fascinating and impressive museum deals with a very important part of our post-war history," said Mr Lamb. "I do believe that it is incredibly important that we do everything we possibly can to preserve the museum now that there has been a drawdown of staff at RAF Neatishead. "Previous correspondence on the issue has left me feeling optimistic," said Mr Lamb. "I do hope that the Secretary of State will be supportive of it."
