Norman Lamb’s office is staffed Monday to Friday during normal working hours. However we regret that, in order to deal with the massive volume of casework, our phone lines are only open from 10 am – 1.30 pm from Monday to Friday.  Meetings with caseworkers at the office are by prior appointment only.

We may share personal information provided to Norman with third parties when we consider it appropriate in order to pursue casework issues raised.  This will be carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Act, including the “Elected Representatives Condition”, and with Parliamentary Guidelines.  Explicit consent typically will not be sought before passing on information, subject to the provisions of the Data Protection (Processing of Sensitive Personal Data) (Elected Representatives) Order 2002.
